How to Join our Club

Click link above for an application. You must come to a club meeting to be sworn in & pay membership fees.  Fees outlined below.  Renewals accepted by mail.

Current Membership Rates

2009 Renewal - $90.00 plus applicable work hours.  If you do not have enough work hours you will be assessed $10.00 per hour.

New Membership - $165.00 (includes a $75.00 initiation fee)  15 work hours required during the year. Membership is a calendar year membership no matter what month you join.  Our membership drive typically occurs Dec - Feb, but we do accept applications all year long.

Our meetings will be on the first Monday of the month, 7:00 P.M. (If the first Monday happens to be a holiday, the meeting will be on the second Monday.)

Schultz Resort Rod & Gun Club was recognized at the NRA State Convention by the Wisconsin Rifle & Pistol Association as the Gun Club of the Year 2008.  Thanks to everyone who made that possible.

No Tuesday Pistol on June 30th.  We Resume again on July 7th.

Entry Fee:  $50.00 before June 30th, Late Fee after 6/30 - $60.00

We strongly suggest that you pre-register for this match.

We added a .22 rim fire division – Start will be low ready, no holster required

Allowing multiple entries, match you shoot only one division per day. 

Second entry fee will be $25.00.

LAST CHANCE TO GET IN $200.00 Drawing - All entries must be postmarked by June 30th to qualify for drawing.

Competitor Application

The 2009 WI sectional will be held at Schultz's Rod and Gun Club, the dates are August 8 and 9.  Staff and some shooters will shoot on Saturday, with the main match being on Sunday. 

 newNew Information on the Match

  • Match will be a trophy only Match - no prize table

  • We will be giving away 4-8 guns for the match.  We are going to try to get one gun per division, regardless of how many entries in the division.  So if only 5 people sign up for L-10, you have a 1 in 5 chance or winning a gun.  Guns will be given away by random drawing.

  • New for 2009, Schultz Rod and Gun Club economic stimulus package.  To be eligible for the stimulus package,  you must have your entry POSTMARKED by JUNE 30th, no exceptions!!!  All competitors that have their applications postmarked by the 30th, will be entered into a drawing for $200 cash.  All other late fee's apply after July 12th.

  • Match will be 9 stages plus chronograph 200 plus rounds

BEGINNER'S ARCHERY CLASS

(Ages 9 - Adult)

May 4 - June 22, 2009

5pm -7pm

Beginner/casual archery is a five-week course where instruction will be given to beginners or those wanted to improve their archery skills.  This class is designed for ages 9 - adult.  You will be taught the sport of archery and all safety issues will be explained and re-enforced in class.  Children under the age of 16 must have a parent or guardian present.  Registrants should have their own equipment, (bow, arrows, quiver, tab/release and arm guard).  No crossbows or broad head arrows are allowed.
